正常脑组织的延迟放射性损伤是放射治疗严重的并发症,多发生于放疗后几月至数年,预后较差。国外文献报告已超过100例,国内也有在鼻咽癌放疗后发生放射性脑坏死的报道。 1 材料和方法 实验采用成年杂种雄狗15条(其中照射组12条;非照射组3条)。照射前脑部CT扫描和血常规化验正常。动物麻醉后用SL75—14型(能量8Mv)直线加速器对犬脑局部行一次性外照射30和15(Gy)各6条。X线由一侧枕或顶部向同侧脑中心(丘脑)进行直射,源皮距(SSD)100cm,射野面积5cm×3cm,剂量率3.2Gy/min。非照射组动物只行定期CT扫描和分别于3,6,9月时解剖
