露天矿排土场稳定性关系着矿山生产安全和人员生命财产安全,是矿山安全管理的重点。为了更全面准确地了解排土场边坡稳定性情况,提高排土场容量和稳定性。运用极限平衡法和有限差分法的原理,对弓长岭某排土场在正常工况下的稳定性进行分析计算,剖析排土场破坏机理,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱对排土参数进行优化。得出如下结论:正常工况下,排土场边坡整体处于稳定状态;滑坡模式为上部受拉剪破坏,圆弧滑面至表土层,沿表土层剪切破坏;定量得出该排土场边坡角、台阶高度与稳定性系数关系式:Fs=2.5528-0.0239x1-0.0122x2,并得出边坡最优化参数。
The stability of the dump in open-pit mine is related to the safety of mine production and the safety of people’s lives and property, and is the focus of mine safety management. By using the principle of limit equilibrium method and finite difference method, the stability of a dump in Gongchangling under normal working conditions is analyzed and analyzed, the failure mechanism of the dump is analyzed, and the parameters of soil dumping are optimized by MATLAB optimization toolbox . The conclusion is drawn as follows: under normal conditions, the slope of the dump site is stable as a whole; the landslide mode is that the upper part is damaged by the tensile shear, the arc slippery surface is to the topsoil and the topsoil is sheared and destroyed along the topsoil; Field slope angle, step height and stability coefficient: Fs = 2.5528-0.0239x1-0.0122x2, and the slope optimization parameters are obtained.
