The experimental data obtained by radioimmunoassay, generally divided into two categories according to different treatment methods: mapping method and formula calculation method. With the increasing use of electronic computers in the processing of experimental data, the formula calculation method gradually replaces the graphic method because of its advantages of high precision, high speed and no human error. There are many other formulas, such as linear interpolation, cubic polynomial regression, Logit
