本实验观察了外源性EGF在庆大霉素(GM)引起的重度ATN修复期的作用。实验动物分为三组:①GM致ATN组(6组);②ATN+EGF治疗组(G+E组);③正常对照组(NL组).分别在GM或GM+EGF注射后0,1,3,5,8天测定肾小管上皮细胞的3HTdR掺入率和血清肌酐。结果示:G+E组动物肾小管上皮细胞的3HTdR掺入率比G组动物明显增加,但G+E组的肾功能和病理表现较G组无明显改善。本研究结果表明外源住EGF能促进GM中毒性ATN肾小管上皮细胞的再生和DNA合成,但其对动物肾功能恢复无明显作用,其原因尚待进一步探讨。
This experiment observed the role of exogenous EGF in severe ATN repair induced by gentamicin (GM). The experimental animals were divided into three groups: ①GM induced ATN group (6 groups); ②ATN + EGF treatment group (G + E group); ③normal control group (NL group). 3HTdR incorporation rate and serum creatinine of renal tubular epithelial cells were measured at 0, 1, 3, 5 and 8 days after GM or GM + EGF injection respectively. The results showed that the 3HTdR incorporation rate of renal tubular epithelial cells in G + E group was significantly higher than that in G group, but the renal function and pathological changes in G + E group were not significantly improved compared with G group. The results of this study indicate that exogenous EGF can promote the regeneration of ATN renal tubular epithelial cells and the DNA synthesis of GM, but it has no effect on the recovery of renal function in animals. The reason remains to be further explored.
