目的了解南靖县居民营养与健康状况。方法通过多阶段分层整群抽样方法,抽取南靖县6个村(居)委会共450户家庭,对全家成员进行问卷调查、医学体检、实验室检测和膳食调查。结果被调查人群谷薯类食物摄入量适宜,水果、奶类、豆类、坚果食物摄入量偏低,禽畜肉类、食用油、盐摄入量偏高;宏量营养素供能比例较合理,钠摄入偏高,能量、维生素A、硫胺素、核黄素、维生素C、钙、锌摄入不足状况严重。被调查人群超重率23.8%,肥胖率7.6%,高血压患病率19.3%,贫血患病率7.6%,空腹血糖受损率5.7%,考虑糖尿病率3.5%,血脂异常率高达66.5%。结论南靖县居民的膳食结构不够合理、油盐摄入偏高、部分微量营养素摄入不足,超重率、肥胖率、慢性病患病率已较严重。
Objective To understand the nutritional and health status of residents in Nanjing County. Methods A total of 450 families from 6 village (neighborhood) committees of Nanjing County were sampled by multistage stratified cluster sampling method. Questionnaires, medical examinations, laboratory tests and dietary surveys of all the family members were conducted. Results The food intake of cereal and potato in the surveyed population was appropriate, the intake of foodstuffs such as fruits, milk, beans and nuts was low, and the intake of meat, edible oil and salt was high; the proportion of macronutrient supply More reasonable, high sodium intake, energy, vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin C, calcium, zinc intake in serious condition. The surveyed population overweight rate of 23.8%, obesity rate of 7.6%, hypertension prevalence rate of 19.3%, anemia prevalence rate of 7.6%, impaired fasting glucose 5.7%, consider the rate of 3.5% diabetes, dyslipidemia rate as high as 66.5%. Conclusion The dietary structure of residents in Nanjing County is not reasonable enough, the intake of oil salt is too high, and some micronutrients are not adequately taken in. The prevalence of overweight, obesity and chronic diseases has become more serious.
