[目的]探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与口臭的关系。[方法]选择无牙周疾病及全身疾病的口臭患者156例,无口臭健康体检者160例,先进行口臭测试,然后进行C14呼气试验和口腔内唾液及舌苔标本快速尿素酶试验,检测Hp感染情况。[结果]156例口臭患者,Hp阳性123例,阳性率78.8%。无口臭志愿者160例,Hp阳性29例,阳性率18.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。123例Hp阳性口臭患者中口中幽门螺杆菌检出114例,检出率92.3%,29例Hp阳性健康者中口中幽门螺杆菌检出17例,检出率58.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]成人非口源口臭与Hp感染有关。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and bad breath. [Method] One hundred and sixty-six cases of halitosis without periodontal disease and generalized disease were selected. 160 cases of healthy subjects without bad breath were tested for bad breath. C14 breath test and rapid urease test in saliva and tongue coating were performed to detect Hp Infection. [Results] Among the 156 patients with bad breath, Hp was positive in 123 cases, the positive rate was 78.8%. 160 cases without halitosis volunteers, Hp positive in 29 cases, the positive rate was 18.1%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). In 123 cases of Hp-positive halitosis, 114 H.pylori in the mouth were detected, with a detection rate of 92.3%. Of the 29 Hp positive and healthy subjects, 17 were detected in Helicobacter pylori, the detection rate was 58.6%. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups Significance (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Adult non-oral bad breath is related to Hp infection.
