【案情介绍】2005年8月4日,某供电所组织人员更换不合格低压线路,由于工程量较大,供电所的人力不足,在短期内无法完成工程任务。为加快工作进度,将部分台区的低压线路更换工作,交由当地民工来完成。民工曾某等人受雇该项劳务,但双方没有签订任何书面协议,只有口头的计酬约定。供电所指定所内职工谢某作为联系人,负责处理民工施工期间的有关事宜,并对施工安全和质量进行管理。
