蜜环菌(Armillacia mellea)在我国分布很广.它是一种美味的食用菌,同时也是中药天麻的共生真菌,利用共生关系可以提高天麻的产量和质量.近年来,随着科研工作的不断深入,人们对蜜环菌进一步的进行开发利用,试生产了针剂、口服液之类,通过试验和临床,证明它与天麻有相似的功能.为此,一些生产单位进行生产和批量生产,但在生产中常发现菌种退化、不长菌索等问题.本文主要介绍蜜环菌菌种的形态特征、分离和复壮的方法.
