为了获得镦粗实验过程中的动态变形信息,利用DEFORM对镦粗过程进行了有限元分析。研究结果表明:随着加载速率的增加,等效应力、等效应变速率和温度随之上升,等效应变的变化不大;随着变形量的增大,等效应力、等效应变、等效应变速率和温度随之上升;随着高径比的上升,等效应力、等效应变、等效应变速率下降,温度变化不是很大
In order to obtain the dynamic deformation information during the upsetting experiment, finite element analysis of upsetting process was carried out by DEFORM. The results show that with the increase of loading rate, the equivalent stress, equivalent strain rate and temperature increase with the increase of loading rate, and the change of equivalent strain is not significant. With the increase of deformation, equivalent stress, equivalent strain, etc. As the aspect ratio increases, the equivalent stress, the equivalent strain, and the equivalent strain rate decrease, the temperature change is not very large
