在由S—550型扫描也镜及EDAX9100/60能谱仪构成的组合仪器上,对一种激冷铸铁中块状相及基体的成份进行了定性及半定量分析。结果表明,块状相成份符合MnS的化学计量组成,而基体成份与化学分析数据一致。利用波谱仪线扫描及x射线面分布作图对这些块状夹杂物的组成进行了校核,证实能谱分析的结果是正确的。本文还对多相组织中影响定量分析结果的因素进行了讨论。
The composition of the bulk and matrix in a chilled cast iron was qualitatively and semi-quantitatively analyzed on a combination of a S-550 scanning mirror and an EDAX9100 / 60 spectrometer. The results show that the bulk phase composition is consistent with the stoichiometric composition of MnS, while the matrix composition is consistent with the chemical analysis data. The composition of these massive inclusions was checked by using the line scan of the spectrometer and the distribution of the x-ray surface distribution. The results of the energy spectrum analysis were confirmed to be correct. The paper also discusses the factors influencing quantitative analysis in heterogeneous tissues.
