γ射线辐照对乙腈水溶液及玉米中FB1的降解效果(英文)

以含有FB1标准品的乙腈水溶液和FB1污染的玉米为材料,对FB1的辐照降解效果进行研究,并对FB1的降解产物进行了初步分析。结果表明,辐照处理可以降解乙腈水溶液中的FB1,剂量低于9 kGy的辐照处理对玉米样品中FB1的降解效果不明显。辐照剂量为9 kGy时,浓度为0.8 mg/ml、10.0μg/ml、1.0μg/ml及50 ng/ml的FB1降解率分别为22.5%、51.0%、59.0%和64.8%;浓度为0.8 mg/ml的FB1在辐照剂量100 kGy时的降解率达90%,在辐照剂量为200 kGy时FBI几乎全部被降解。LC/MS/MS方法分析未见明显的FB1降解产物。 The degradation of FB1 was studied by using acetonitrile solution containing FB1 standard and FB1-contaminated corn as raw materials, and the degradation products of FB1 were preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that irradiation treatment could degrade FB1 in acetonitrile aqueous solution, and the irradiation of FB1 with less than 9 kGy irradiation had no obvious effect on FB1 degradation in corn samples. FB1 degradation rates were 22.5%, 51.0%, 59.0% and 64.8% at concentrations of 0.8 mg / ml, 10.0 μg / ml, 1.0 μg / ml and 50 ng / ml respectively at a dose of 9 kGy; The degradation rate of FB1 at mg / ml was 90% at irradiation dose of 100 kGy, and almost all of FBI was degraded at irradiation dose of 200 kGy. LC / MS / MS method analysis showed no obvious FB1 degradation products.
