随着油田的长期开发,抽油机井的油管、抽油杆由于受力状况、含水升高、抽汲介质的腐蚀等生产状况的改变,管杆偏磨现象日益突出,偏磨现象不仅增加了躺井,缩短油井免修期,减少了油井生产时率,而且增加采油成本,偏磨已成为影响油井正常生产的主要因素之一。本文通过对滨南采油厂利津油区近几年油井偏磨治理工艺的应用探讨,意在探索实践当前具有最佳经济效益的油井偏磨治理的新技术、新工艺,从而延长油井免修期,为油田可持续发展提供新途径.

This paper discusses the application of partial wear control technology in the wells of Binnan Oil Production Plant in Lijin Oilfield in recent years and aims to explore new technologies and new processes for oil well deviation grinding management which have the best economic benefits at present, Provide a new way for the sustainable development of oilfields.
