对存在密集型缺陷的车轮、轮箍,采用无损检测与有损检测对比解剖的方法,对典型缺陷进行超声波探伤、X射线探伤分析,通过断口、金相、扫描电镜等分析手段确认缺陷的性质。建立了缺陷性质与超声波探伤波形特征的对应关系,制定了在线超声波探伤方法和密集型小缺陷判定标准。研究结果表明,超声波波形形态的动态分析检测技术具有判定缺陷性质直观等特点。
For the wheels and tires with intensive defects, the method of non-destructive testing and destructive testing were compared with the anatomical methods. The typical defects were subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection and X-ray flaw detection. The properties of the flaw were confirmed by fracture analysis, metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy . Established the corresponding relationship between the nature of the defect and the characteristics of the ultrasonic testing waveform, and established the on-line ultrasonic testing method and the criteria for determining the small defects. The results show that the dynamic analysis and detection technology of ultrasonic waveform morphology has the characteristics of judging the nature of defects.
