提出了一种测量激光晶体热焦距的装置和方法,并以此设计和实现了一台采用平平腔结构激光二极管阵列侧面抽运Nd:YAG再生放大器。通过注入脉冲宽度为2ns、中心波长为1064nm、重复频率为300Hz的300pJ小信号种子光,实现了脉冲宽度为2ns,单脉冲能量1.5mJ的基横模激光输出。总放大倍数为5×106,输出能量稳定性为1.08%[方均根值(RMS)],方波扭曲度为1.10。 A device and method for measuring the thermal focal length of laser crystal are proposed. Based on this, a Nd: YAG regenerative amplifier is designed and implemented on side-pumped laser diode array. By injecting 300 pJ small-signal seed light with a pulse width of 2 ns, a center wavelength of 1064 nm and a repetition frequency of 300 Hz, a fundamental transverse laser output with a pulse width of 2 ns and a single pulse energy of 1.5 mJ was achieved. The total magnification is 5 × 106, the output energy stability is 1.08% [root mean square (RMS)], square wave distortion is 1.10.
