用227对小麦微卫星引物对多枝赖草基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,共有81对引物有扩增产物,占所用引物的35 7%。这81对小麦微卫星引物涉及101个微卫星位点,覆盖了小麦全部7个部分同源群。其中有76对引物可在多枝赖草和中国春及丰抗13间扩增出多态性标记。这说明多枝赖草虽然和普通小麦亲缘关系较远,但小麦SSR引物还是可以在多枝赖草上应用的,这不仅拓宽了小麦微卫星引物的使用范围,更重要的是为使用小麦微卫星引物对普通小麦与多枝赖草远缘杂交种质材料进行深入研究奠定了基础。
227 pairs of wheat microsatellite primers were used to amplify genomic DNA of M. multuacea. A total of 81 pairs of primers had amplified products, accounting for 35.7% of the primers used. The 81 pairs of microsatellite primers for wheat involved 101 microsatellite loci, covering all seven wheat homoeologous groups. Among them, 76 pairs of primers amplified polymorphic markers in Leymus chinensis and Chrysanthemum indicum. This indicated that although many plants had common genetic relationship with common wheat, the wheat SSR primers could be applied to many kinds of larvas, which not only broadened the scope of the wheat microsatellite primers but also used wheat microspore The satellite primers laid a foundation for the further study on the germplasm materials of common wheat and many branches of Larix.
