笔者在加拿大学习时,曾受教于一位叫Roy的心理学教授。他主修脑神经研究及心理学。他的课颇有趣味,主要原因有两点:一是他上课肢体语言很丰富,语言风格很幽默,整体课堂氛围很轻松;二是他能结合小学生实际情况分析学术性知识,对于小学教师来说非常受用。Roy教授在他的课中提到了很多概念和理念,其中有一条令笔者念念不忘:Safe Learning Environment(安全学习环境)。一、什么是“安全学习环境”
