從這個報告裏,可以看出赣南行署這次的民政工作會議對於民政工作的認識及工作方法等方面都交流了一定的經驗,並糾正了各別缺點與解决了各即存在的問題。我們認爲這一會議開得還好。特在政報刊出,供各地參考。赣南行署民政工作會議於十月十九日開會,二十三日結束,經歷五天。出席這次會議的有十八縣一市的民政科長,興國等五縣優撫科長及龍南、瑞金、南康等縣的民政助理三名、鄉長二名。會上行署李副主任對開好這次會議作了重要指示,行署民政科蘇科長作了‘一九五四年一至九月份民政工作總結和今後工作意見’的報告,並有龍南、信豐、興國、瑞金、南康等縣作了關於‘鄉政權建設工作’、‘動員與組織烈軍屬參加互助合作’以及‘組織城鎮貧民生產’等工作的典型經驗介紹。會議是採取專題討論與小結的方式進行的,最後由行署李副主任作了會議總結報告。這次會議開得是比较成功的,其主要收穫分爲如下三點:
From this report, we can see that the meeting on civil affairs held by the South Jiangxi Administrative Office has exchanged some experience in understanding civil affairs work and working methods, and has corrected various shortcomings and solved all existing problems. We think this meeting is okay. Special published in the government newspaper for reference. Gannan Administrative Office Civil Affairs Working Meeting met on October 19, ended on the 23rd and experienced five days. Attending the meeting were Civil Affairs Section Chiefs from 18 counties and 1 city, 3 chief constituency specialists in five counties such as Xingguo County, and 3 civil assistants and 2 township heads in Longnan, Ruijin and Nankang counties. Deputy director of Shanghang Li made an important instruction on opening the meeting. Head of Civil Affairs Section Xu made a report on “Summary of Home Affairs from January to September 1954 and Opinions on Future Work”, and there are reports of Longnan, Xinfeng, Xingguo, Ruijin, Nankang and other counties made a typical experience introduction about the work of “township regime construction”, “mobilization and organization of the strong army to participate in mutual assistance and cooperation” and “organize the production of urban poor”. The conference was conducted in a thematic discussion and summary manner. Finally, Deputy Director Li Li made a summary report of the meeting.
