本文综述了国内外农畜产品品质安全无损检测技术的研究状况和发展趋势。在农畜产品检测领域,发现近红外光谱技术、高光谱成像技术、激光拉曼光谱法和X射线荧光光谱法等主要的光学无损检测技术和方法有广泛的研究和应用状况,它们在果蔬的品质成分分析、农药残留检测与在线分级分拣;生鲜肉肉品品质检测、品种鉴别与安全评定;乳品、茶叶等特种农产品的成分分析、品种分类等方面具有重要作用。农畜产品无损检测技术具有广阔的发展前景和应用潜力。
This review summarizes the research status and development trend of quality and safety non-destructive testing technology of livestock and poultry products at home and abroad. In the field of livestock and poultry products testing, it has been found that the main optical non-destructive testing techniques and methods such as near-infrared spectroscopy, hyperspectral imaging, laser Raman spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry have been widely studied and applied. Quality composition analysis, pesticide residue detection and online grading and sorting; raw meat and meat products quality testing, variety identification and safety assessment; dairy products, tea and other specialty products composition analysis, classification and other aspects of an important role. Non-destructive testing of agricultural and livestock products has broad prospects for the development and application of potential.
