本文提出的分光光度法可用于测定空气中的氰氢酸。空气中存在的氰氢酸被吸入0.002M氢氧化钠溶液,再用溴处理,生成的溴化氰与吡啶反应形成戊烯二醛。戊烯二醛与邻氨基苯甲酸缩合生成一种在400nm处具有最大吸光度的黄橙色聚甲炔染料。在0.4~4 ppm含量范围内服从氏尔定律。研究了其它各种分析参数。方法已成功的用来测定生物试样,如半胱氨酸和原血液中的氰氢酸。
The proposed spectrophotometry can be used to determine the hydrogen cyanide in the air. Cyanuric acid present in the air is drawn into a 0.002 M sodium hydroxide solution and treated with bromine to form cyanogen bromide with pyridine to form a glutaraldehyde. The glutaraldehyde condenses with anthranilic acid to form a yellow-orange polymethine dye with maximum absorbance at 400 nm. In the 0.4 ~ 4 ppm content range according to the law of Sale. Various other analytical parameters were studied. The method has been successfully used to determine biological samples such as cysteine and hydrogen cyanide in the blood.
