目的:探讨p15蛋白在低分化鼻咽癌(NPC)的发生发展过程中的作用。方法:用免疫组化技术检测低分化NPC组织中p15蛋白的表达。结果:p15蛋白在鼻咽部正常组织和低分化NPC中表达阳性率分别为100%,70.91%,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。低分化NPC中p15蛋白表达阳性率与局部浸润程度、临床分期有关(P<0.05),与有无颈淋巴结转移和5年生存率无关(P>0.05)。结论:p15蛋白丢失在低分化NPC发生发展过程中有重要意义,p15蛋白表达可能与低分化NPC的预后无关。
Objective: To investigate the role of p15 in the pathogenesis of poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: The expression of p15 protein in poorly differentiated NPC tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of p15 protein in normal nasopharyngeal tissues and poorly differentiated NPC were 100% and 70.91%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The positive rate of p15 protein expression in poorly differentiated NPC was correlated with the degree of local infiltration and clinical stage (P <0.05), but not with or without cervical lymph node metastasis and 5-year survival rate (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The loss of p15 protein is of great importance in the development of poorly differentiated NPC. The expression of p15 protein may not be related to the prognosis of poorly differentiated NPC.
