各中央企业:根据原国家经贸委、财政部、劳动保障部等8部门《印发〈关于国有大中型企业主辅分离辅业改制分流安置富余人员的实施办法〉的通知》(国经贸企改[2002]859号)精神,部分中央企业集团公司、总公司(以下简称集团公司)已经按照原国家经贸委、财政部、劳动保障部《关于中央企业报送主辅分离改制分流总体方案基本内容和有关要求的通知》(国经贸厅企改[2003]27号)及有关文件的要求,正式报送了企业主辅分离改制分流总体方案及第一批拟改制单位实施方案(以下简称总体方案),并陆续得到批复。为规范总体方案已经批复的中央企业第二批及以后各批次主辅分离改制分流实施方案(以下简称第二批方案)的报送内容,现将有关事项通知如下:
