土壤及水质条件与莼菜生长的关系

通过对莼菜引种栽培地雅安、名山、乐至、西昌和原产地雷波等田间试验及盆栽试验的调查、室内分析 ,发现莼菜生长与土壤及水质条件关系密切。莼菜最适宜于在微酸性、有机质和全氮含量高、氮素供应充足、土层深厚、表土结构良好、土体柔和、具有 30cm厚淤泥层的脱钙沼泽性或脱沼泽性潜育型水稻土上生长。石灰性、结构不良和表土坚硬的土壤 ,不适宜种植莼菜 ;水质清洁、水层厚度在 30cm以上是高产优质莼菜生产的必要条件 Through the introduction and cultivation of Brasenia schreberi to Ya’an, Mingshan, Lezhi, Xichang and the origin of Leibo and other field trials and pot experiments, indoor analysis showed that the growth of Brasenia doge and soil and water quality conditions are closely related. Brasenia schreberi is most suitable for the decalcification marsh or marsh gnarled paddy rice with slight acidity, high organic matter and total nitrogen content, adequate nitrogen supply, deep soil layers, good topsoil structure, and soft soil body with 30cm thick silt layer Soil growth.
