完全由我国自行设计建设的上海汽轮机厂大型汽轮机发电机转子高速动平衡、超速试验室于1985年11月2日至23日通过了部级鉴定。由上海市计量局、长春试验机研究所和清华大学等单位组成的技术鉴定委员会,对该高速动平衡、超速试验室进行了认真的鉴定测试。测试结果如下:动平衡技术性能测试 1.按国际标准ISO2953-1984 “平衡机的描述及评价”的规定,校验转子为刚性转子,测得动平衡机的最小可达剩余不平衡量为0.5μm;不平衡量一次减少率优于80%。 2.按国际标准ISO5343-1983“评价柔性转子平衡的准则”规定,校验转子为柔性转子并作高速动平衡试验,其结果也达到了极其满意的水平。
