Fluorescence EXAFS data confirm that in HSA and BSA, the atomic distances between zinc ions and the first coordination layer atoms are 0.201 nm and 0.203 nm, respectively, and the coordination number is approximately 4, which is likely to be the coordination of four nitrogen atoms, Cystine sulfur atoms involved in the possibility of coordination basically ruled out.
