本文提出的优化设计方法可以在天线结构拓扑关系和节点坐标确定后求解构件的尺寸,使反射面在已知外载及自重作用下变形后仍然是一预定抛物面(或“同族”曲面),表面精度达到最高极限——相对误差均方根值为零,严格实现了Von Hoerner提出的保型设计思想,而且所得结构是所有保型结构中重量最轻者。本文提出的思想和方法对按预定位移设计其它一般结构具有普遍意义。本文以多个算例验证了这种思想和方法的正确性。
The optimization design method proposed in this paper can solve the dimension of the component after the topology structure of the antenna structure and the node coordinates are determined, so that the reflective surface is still a predetermined paraboloid (or “family” surface) after it is deformed under the known external load and its own weight. The accuracy reaches the highest limit—the root mean square value of the relative error is zero, and the shape-retaining design idea proposed by Von Hoerner is strictly implemented, and the resulting structure is the lightest of all the shape-preserving structures. The ideas and methods proposed in this paper have universal significance for designing other general structures according to a predetermined displacement. This article verifies the correctness of this idea and method with multiple examples.
