方法 利用注蒸汽蒸馏模拟装置研究了原油在多孔介质中的蒸汽蒸馏率。目的 研究原油在多孔介质中的蒸馏机理及其主要影响因素。结果 原油在多孔介质中的蒸汽蒸馏率与原始油量 (含油饱和度 )、注汽速度等无关 ;饱和条件下 ,提高蒸汽温度 ,原油的蒸馏率提高的有限 ;过热蒸汽能大幅度提高原油的蒸馏率 ,对于重质原油该现象尤为显著。结论 原油的蒸汽蒸馏率主要取决于原油自身的性质 ,与多孔介质、原始油量 (含油饱和度 )及注汽速度等无关 ;而温度和压力是影响原油蒸汽蒸馏率的关键因素。
Methods The steam distillation rate of crude oil in porous media was studied by using a steam injection distillation simulator. Objective To study the distillation mechanism of crude oil in porous media and its main influential factors. Results The steam distillation rate of crude oil in porous media was not related to the original oil content (oil saturation) and steam injection velocity. Under saturated conditions, the steam temperature was increased and the distillation rate of crude oil increased only slightly. Superheated steam could greatly increase the crude oil Distillation rate, this phenomenon is particularly significant for heavy crude oil. Conclusions The steam distillation rate of crude oil depends on the nature of the crude oil and is not related to porous media, crude oil content (oil saturation) and steam injection velocity. The temperature and pressure are the key factors affecting the steam distillation rate of crude oil.
