目的观察外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子结合中药沐足治疗糖尿病足难愈创口临床疗效。方法筛选78例糖尿病足难愈创口进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例,两组患者均给予低盐低蛋白的糖尿痛饮食方案,按时服用降糖药和/或胰岛素进行血糖的控制,降压等治疗,定期监测血糖以及避免使用肾损害药物等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合自拟中药沐足方对糖尿病足难愈创口进行治疗,对照组仅予以自拟中药沐足方进行治疗,两组均以1个月为1个疗程,观察疗效及创口渗液量变化情况。结果观察组不仅有效率较好,而且创口渗液量的减少程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子结合中药沐足是治疗糖尿病足难愈创口的有效措施,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of external recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment of diabetic foot refractory wound. Methods 78 cases of diabetic foot refractory wound were screened and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases in each group. Conclusion External use of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath is an effective measure for the treatment of diabetic foot refractory wounds, with clinical value.
