目的 通过对脑卒中患者的脉压分析 ,了解脉压增大是否与脑卒中的发生有关。方法 将我院 5年来住院治疗的 90 7例脑卒中患者分为缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中组 ,并随机选取同期来我院的体检人员 10 0 0例为对照组 ,分析三组人员的脉压差。结果 脉压的增大与脑卒中的发生呈正相关。在缺血性脑卒中组 ,脉压最大的分布区域在70~ 79mmHg ,占 2 7.7%;出血性脑卒中组脉压最大的分布区域在 70~ 79mmHg ,占 2 5 7%;对照组脉压最大的分布区域在 5 0~ 5 9mmHg ,占 2 8 5 %。显示脉压大于 70mmHg脑卒中发生的频率较高。年龄的增大与脉压有一定的关系 ,但三组的同年龄分组比较 ,脑卒中组的脉压水平明显高于对照组 ,直线回归系数有显著差异。三组人员中的高血压患者的脉压分析 ,缺血性脑卒中组的脉压值为 77± 12 4mmHg ;出血性脑卒中组的脉压值为 76± 17 6mmHg ;对照组的脉压值为 5 9± 13 5mmHg。与对照组比较不论是缺血性脑卒中组还是出血性脑卒中组P值均 <0 0 5。结论 脉压的增大与脑卒中的发生有关 ,是引起脑卒中发生的重要危险因素。
Objective To investigate whether pulse pressure increase is related to stroke by analyzing pulse pressure in patients with stroke. Methods 907 stroke patients hospitalized in our hospital for 5 years were divided into two groups: ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke group. Pulse pressure analysis of hypertensive patients among the three groups showed that the pulse pressure of the ischemic stroke group was 77 ± 12 4mmHg, that of the hemorrhagic stroke group was 76 ± 17 6mmHg, and that of the control group Is 5 9 ± 13 5 mmHg. Conclusions The increase of pulse pressure is related to the occurrence of stroke and is an important risk factor of stroke.
