多频合成振动压实是一种新的压实方法,设计了双频合成振动压实机,这种压实机械可以通过调整激振器,实现不同的激振方式,如普通圆周振动压实、振荡压实、普通圆周振动+振荡的复合激振。为了探讨双频合成振动压实方法的压实特性,与某厂生产的YZS0.5型手扶振动压路机进行了对比试验,进行了不同激振方式下压实质量(压实度)试验,以及不同激振方式下的功率测试和生产率测试;试验与测试项目包括振动和驱动功率、工作速度、表面沉降量、压实度及样机动态响应信号等。同等试验条件下的对比试验表明,双频合成振动压实机的压实度较高,且具有良好的深层压实特性;压实效率较高,比YZS0.5型手扶压路机的生产率约高百分之五十;振动功率增加,而单位能耗低于普通振动压实。
