龙腾虎跃晋江人 全国“百强“中华鹏

回眸晋江,喜看今朝。2003年以年净增财政7个亿的创举,实现财政总收入27个亿,成为全国县域经济基本竞争力“百强”第五位。其财政总收入一个县级市的奉献超过福建若干个地市。 从改革开放二十多个春秋晋江福建“龙”的历史窥见,笔者以饱醮浓墨“龙腾虎跃晋江人,全国‘百强’中华鹏”为题,谱写赞美晋江,颂扬晋江。有人说,晋江是侨乡,其发展似乎是历史的前进的必然走向,其实不然。1978年全国改革开放伊始,晋江年人均收入仅百元起点,几经拼搏,至1992年则成为福建首进全国综合实力“百强县”,实现国内生产总值和财政总收入排名全国55位和63位。而今,一跃而上成为全国县域社会经济综合发展指数位居“百强”第十四位和县域经济基本竞争力第五位。当然这成绩的取得,首先得益于党的方针政策指引,省、市领导关心和支持;其次,是历届晋江党政领导,用与时俱进的观念、信念、理念,引导发展知识经济,发扬晋江人爱拼才会赢的精神,承前启后,继往开来,任胜一任,筹胜一筹,青出于蓝胜于蓝,长江后浪赶前浪。用时代的眼光审视晋江发展。最值得推崇和佐证的经验是:党政领导,坚如磐石,举市上下,齐心协力;运筹帷幄,把握方向,开局有力,志在必得;科教文卫,全面推进,群策群力,众志成城。羊年,该市实现GDP380亿,财政总收入27亿元。十?
