在社会快速发展的过程中,人们的思想观念与价值观念在一定程度上发生了很大的改变,在这种改变下,个性化的需求不断增强。信息技术快速发展的时代,如何满足读者个性化的阅读需求已经成为图书馆面临的主要问题。图书馆是人类精神文明的重要基地。在经济时代到来之际,高校图书馆的发展面对着新的挑战。为应对高校学生不同的阅读需求,高校图书馆唯有坚持以人为本的理念,创新管理高校图书馆才能够凸显出图书馆在高校中的重要地位。本文就以人为本理念下高校图书馆管理创新研究进行分析。
In the process of rapid social development, people’s ideas and values have undergone great changes to some extent. With such changes, the demand for individualization has been constantly enhanced. The rapid development of information technology, how to meet the individual needs of readers has become a library reading the main problems. Library is an important base of human spiritual civilization. In the economic era, the development of university library is facing new challenges. In response to different reading needs of college students, only by adhering to the people-oriented concept, to innovate and manage the university library can the university library highlight the important position of the library in colleges and universities. This article analyzes the research of university library management innovation under the concept of people-oriented.
