目的:建立四季三黄片中同时测定芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agela Venusil XBP-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长226nm。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚分别在0.040~0.800,0.040~0.800,0.040~0.800,0.040~0.800,0.020~0.400μg呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)分别为97.62%,99.48%,99.72%,96.23%,95.68%,RSD1.62%,1.24%,1.13%,1.19%,1.67%。结论:所建立的定量方法快速简单,方法可靠,可作为四季三黄片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Siji Sanhuang Tablet. Methods: The column was Agela Venusil XBP-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 226 nm. Results: Aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion showed good linearity in the range of 0.040-0.800, 0.040-0.800, 0.040-0.800, 0.040-0.800 and 0.020-0.400 μg, respectively. The average recoveries (n = 6) were 97.62%, 99.48%, 99.72%, 96.23%, 95.68%, RSD1.62%, 1.24%, 1.13%, 1.19%, 1.67% respectively. Conclusion: The established quantitative method is fast and simple, the method is reliable and can be used as quality control method of Siji Sanhuang tablets.
