建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时检测23种中药材中Be、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ru、Pd、Ag、Cd、Sn、Sb、Te、Ba、Nd、Dy、Er、Ir、Hg、Tl、Pb和U等29种元素。以硝酸∶盐酸(4∶1)为消解试剂,采用微波消解法进行前处理,在线加入内标消除基体效应,运用碰撞反应池技术消除多原子分子干扰,针对不同元素选择正常和氦气碰撞反应2种模式。结果 29种元素测定重复性的RSD均小于32.4%,回收率为69.8%~121.8%,检测限为0.000 3~0.609 mg/kg。
The ICP-MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Be, Al, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Ru, Pd, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, Te, Ba, Nd, Dy, Er, Hg, Tl, Pb and U. The nitric acid: hydrochloric acid (4: 1) was used as digestion reagent, and microwave digestion was used for pretreatment. The internal standard was added online to eliminate the matrix effect. The collisional reaction cell technology was used to eliminate the polyatomic molecule interference. For different elements selection and helium collision reaction 2 kinds of modes. Results The repeatability of 29 elements were all less than 32.4%. The recoveries ranged from 69.8% to 121.8%. The limits of detection were 0.000 3 ~ 0.609 mg / kg.
