根据对陇东油区注水系统的调查,系统总效率平均为29.6%,其中注水泵效率为82.1%,电动机效率为94.3%,而管网效率只有38.2%。因此,设法提高管网效率是提高注水系统效率的主要途径。现文对影响注水系统管网效率的因素从注水泵出口节流、注水管网沿程水量跑损、配水间节流、注水管网沿程摩擦阻力损失等方面进行了调查分析,提出了相应的措施与对策,预计管网效率可提高到47.8%。
According to the investigation of water injection system in Longdong Oilfield, the total system efficiency is 29.6% on average, among which the injection pump efficiency is 82.1%, the motor efficiency is 94.3% and the pipe network efficiency is only 38.2%. Therefore, trying to improve the efficiency of the pipe network is the main way to improve the efficiency of the water injection system. In this paper, the factors influencing the efficiency of the water injection pipe network were investigated and analyzed from the aspects of throttling the outlet of the water pump, running water along the water pipe network, throttling the water distribution, and frictional resistance loss along the water pipe network. Correspondingly, Measures and countermeasures, pipe network efficiency is expected to be increased to 47.8%.
