本文通过分析中等城市的自身优势,结合黑龙江省城市经济发展的现状,提出以发展中等城市作为我省城市发展战略重点,并探讨了作为区域中心的中等城市建设的一些具体设想。
By analyzing the advantages of medium-sized cities and combining with the present situation of urban economic development in Heilongjiang Province, this paper proposes to develop medium-sized cities as the strategic focus of our province’s urban development and discusses some specific ideas for the construction of medium-sized cities as regional centers.
