文章就我国面临的老龄人口问题提出老人福利院是“社会赡养”的具体形式．简析了现有福利院存在的问题与不足，并结合工程实例阐述了老人福利院的功能组织与设计要点．
The article proposes that the welfare home for the elderly is a specific form of “social support” on the issue of old-age population facing China. This paper briefly analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies of the existing welfare institutions, and combines the engineering examples to elaborate the functional organization and design points of the welfare homes for the elderly.
