以往大多认为高血压性脑出血(HICH)在发病时仅有短暂的活动性出血,是一种单相过程。常把患者入院后病情再度恶化归因于脑水肿、脑积水及全身因素。作者报告8例进展型 HICH,其临床恶化与 CT证实的脑内血肿增大密切相关。8例中男5例,女3例。平均年龄59岁。以往均有高血压病史。入院时5例神志清楚,3例嗜睡。7例有不同程度偏瘫,1例单瘫。2例偏身感觉障碍。2例具落日眼征。患者在发病后1.5~4h 内均进行首次
Mostly in the past that hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) in the pathogenesis of only transient active bleeding, is a single-phase process.
