对22 例人肝细胞癌及癌旁组织分别进行BcL2、Bax 的免疫组织化学研究和TUNEL技术标记,探讨肝细胞癌中凋亡调控蛋白的表达与凋亡指数的关系。在肝细胞癌中BcL2 蛋白的表达率为22-73% ,与癌旁组织相比无差异( P>0-05);Bax 蛋白呈低表达,表达率为45-45% ,与癌旁组织相比有显著差异(P<0-01);肝癌组织中凋亡指数为9-55% ,低于癌旁组织15-68% ,二者有显著差异(P< 0-01)。肝细胞癌的发生与细胞凋亡受到抑制有关,Bax 起到更关键的作用;BcL2/Bax 异二聚体能更准确地反映凋亡发生的程度;凋亡指数有可能成为判定细胞癌变的指标。
The immunohistochemical study of BcL-2 and Bax in 22 cases of human hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous tissues and TUNEL technique were used to investigate the relationship between the expression of apoptosis-regulating protein and apoptosis index in hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression rate of BcL2 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma was 22–73%, which was not different from that in adjacent tissues (P>0-05). The expression of Bax protein was low, with an expression rate of 45–45%. There was a significant difference between adjacent tissues (P<0-01); the apoptosis index in hepatocellular carcinoma was 9-55%, which was lower than that in paracancer tissues 15-68%, and there was a significant difference between them (P<0-01). The occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma is related to the inhibition of apoptosis. Bax plays a more critical role; BcL-2/Bax heterodimer can more accurately reflect the degree of apoptosis; the apoptotic index may become the judgement of cell canceration. index.
