The “Electromagnetic Compatibility Academic Conference 1986” co-organized by Electromagnetic Compatibility Professional Committee of China Electrotechnical Society and IEEE Beijing Branch of the United States was held in Jiande County, Zhejiang Province from July 16 to July 21, 1986. From the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Electronics, Ministry of Machinery, Ministry of Railways and other industrial departments and institutions of higher learning papers, EMC Professional Committee members, invited representatives of a total of 86 participants attended the meeting. Associate Professor Zhang Linchang, member of the second council of China Electrotechnical Society and vice chairman of the special committee, conveyed the spirit of the meeting of the second member congress of China Electrotechnical Society.
