柬埔寨目前人口约1230万人,过去因战祸连连,经济成长表现并不理想,1996年以后依托制衣工业的蓬勃发展,经济方面略有起色,1998年以后政治较为安定,近年都有5％以上的经济增长。 柬埔寨的成衣工业为柬唯一工业,在不到10年的时间里取得了迅速发展,并且成为这个国家发展最快、规模最大的产业。目前,成衣出口额已占柬埔寨出口总值的90％。 不少企业有赴柬埔寨投资的意向,但应对柬投资环境进行具体分析。
