以8个对黑龙江省大豆疫霉菌1号优势生理小种抗感性不同的野生大豆为材料,对接种大豆疫霉菌游动孢子后野生大豆根、茎、叶中多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol Oxidase,PPO)活性变化情况进行了初步研究。结果表明:抗病野生大豆根和叶中PPO活性在整个病程均比相应对照增加,茎中PPO活性在病程的大部分阶段高于对照,且根中PPO活性高于茎和叶的PPO活性增幅;感病野生大豆根和叶中PPO活性在病程的大部分阶段低于对照。
In this study, 8 wild soybean cultivars with different susceptibilities to dominant physiological races of Phytophthora sojae No. 1 in Heilongjiang Province were used to study the effects of polyphenols oxidase (PPO) in roots, stems and leaves of inoculated P. sojae on zoospores, ) Activity of the preliminary study. The results showed that the activity of PPO in roots and leaves of disease-resistant wild soybean was higher than that of the corresponding control throughout the course of disease. The activity of PPO in stems was higher than that of the control during most of the course of the disease, and the PPO activity in roots was higher than that in stems and leaves ; PPO activity in susceptible wild soybean roots and leaves was lower than control during most of the course of disease.
