Objective To detect the changes of CD28 superfamily co-stimulatory molecules and regulatory T cells on CD4 ~ + T cells in patients with myelodysplastic syn-drome (MDS) and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of MDS. Methods CD3 and lateral angle gate, using flow cytometry three standard
