本文采用4kv/cm×10min、4.5kv/cm×10min和5kv/cm×10min三个不同强度的静电场处理花棒种子,研究了花棒种子萌发过程中核酸和蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明:4kv/cm×10min的静电场处理花棒种子能够增加种子萌发过程中DNA的含量,提高RNA在萌发过程中的转录和增加蛋白质的合成,为花棒种子萌发过程提供必要的蛋白质。
In this paper, the seeds of four genotypes were treated by electrostatic field of 4kv / cm × 10min, 4.5kv / cm × 10min and 5kv / cm × 10min, and the changes of nucleic acid and protein content during the germination process were studied. The results showed that electrostatic field treatment of 4kv / cm × 10min could increase the content of DNA during the seed germination, increase the transcription of RNA in the process of germination and increase the protein synthesis, and provide the necessary protein for the germination process of the flower bud.
