目的:考察头孢哌酮、头孢唑啉与混合糖电解质配伍的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定24h内2种头孢菌素与混合糖电解质配伍后在室温的含量变化,并观察和检测配伍液的外观及pH值变化。结果:配伍液外观、pH值无明显变化,而含量随着放置时间推移逐渐下降。结论:头孢哌酮、头孢唑啉2种头孢菌素与混合糖电解质配伍在24h配伍液基本稳定。 Objective: To investigate the compatibility of cefoperazone, cefazolin and mixed sugar electrolytes. Methods: The contents of two kinds of cephalosporins and mixed sugar electrolytes were measured at room temperature after 24 hours. The appearance and pH of the compatibility liquid were observed and detected. Results: The appearance of compatibility liquid showed no obvious change of pH value, but the content decreased gradually with the lapse of time. Conclusion: Cefoperazone, cefazolin two cephalosporins and mixed sugar electrolyte compatibility in 24h basic stability.
