颗粒型羟磷灰石作为骨代用品具有很好的生物相容性,成功地应用于临床已十多年了。主要用于牙槽嵴增高,牙周骨缺损的充填,以及植于牙槽骨内,维持牙槽嵴的高度。作者采用预制成型的羟磷灰石块代替自体骨修复腭骨缺损,进行了一年半的临床追踪观察,采用X线片观察,发现充填材料与缺损两侧为骨性愈合,长得非常稳固。采用的材料为致密羟磷灰石块,外包1mm厚的多孔复盖层。将其预制成与上腭部骨缺损相似的不规则
