对16Mn钢类裂缝缺口试样进行了系列温度的示波冲击试验,以考察断裂载荷及冲击吸收功随温度的变化特性,发现在有效断裂载荷谷值点对应的温度Tc,*d处发生断裂的韧脆转变,该温度受控于材料的解理特征应力Sco。此外,落锤试验还表明:该钢的零塑性转变温度NDT即为Tc*,d。
A series of oscillometric impact tests on 16Mn steel notch specimens were carried out to investigate the characteristics of fracture load and impact absorption energy with temperature. It was found that the fracture occurred at Tc, * d corresponding to the effective fracture load trough point Ductile and brittle transition, the temperature controlled by the cleavage characteristic stress of the material Sco. In addition, the drop hammer test also showed that: the steel zero plastic transition temperature NDT is Tc *, d.
