以东濮凹陷胡状 -庆祖油田为例 ,介绍了利用老井测钻技术挖掘高含水期剩余油的方法 .根据严重非均质性油藏高含水期开发特点 ,将剩余油分为储层型、构造型及注采不完善型 3种 .基于胡状 -庆祖油田地质构造复杂、断层多、断块小、剩余油分布大多呈零星片状分布 ,且多为中、低渗层 ,近几年井况恶化严重 ,油藏埋深浅等原因 ,确定侧钻的工艺主要为开窗侧钻和拔套侧钻两种 .相应部署实施了换井底恢复储量型、挖掘储层剩余油型及挖掘构造剩余油型 3种侧钻井类型 .共实施了2 1口井 ,取得单井平均产液 2 7.1 t/d,产油 1 0 .6t/d,单井增油 7.9t/d.实践表明 ,老井侧钻技术在挖潜增油应用中是有效的 .
