传统的教学方式主要是通过黑板、教科书等媒体进行教学,这些媒体在承载信息的种类和能力及使用的方便程度上都具有较大的局限性。而多媒体组合教学吸取了传统教学方式的精华,并与各种现代化的教学媒体相结合,以多方位、多层次的信息传输,为教学注入了新的活力,也为我国烹饪教学改革开创了新局面。本文通过烹饪教学实践研究,借助现代信息技术、多媒体技术、计算机技术平台的支持,提出了运用多媒体组合教学优化烹饪专业教学,使教师教得轻松、学生学得愉快,大大提高了教学效率。
The traditional teaching methods mainly through the blackboard, textbooks and other media for teaching, these media in the carrying information types and capabilities and ease of use have greater limitations. The combination of multimedia teaching has drawn the essence of the traditional teaching methods, and with a variety of modern teaching media combined with multi-directional, multi-level information transmission, injected new vitality into teaching, but also for our cooking education reform to create a new situation. With the help of modern information technology, multimedia technology and computer technology platform, this paper proposes to improve the teaching efficiency by using multimedia combination teaching to optimize cooking teaching so that teachers can easily teach, students learn happily and teaching efficiency greatly.
