本文简要介绍非线性光导开关的工作原理,重点报道作者对非线性光导开关输出特性的实验研究比较了光导开关线性和非线性工作的输出特性,给出了非线性光导开关的输出电脉冲波形,研究了影响非线性光导开关输出电脉冲上升时间、延迟时间的因素,测得了偏压阈值与激励光脉冲能量阈值的关系,指出利用非线性光导开关研制成一种全新的、固态化的高压、高功率超短电脉冲产生器的可能性
