9月5日,由《中国投资》杂志社主办、中建(郑州)城市开发建设有限公司协办的首届“一带一路”华夏论坛在京召开,来自外交、经济、战略、军事、文化等各界专家代表围绕“丝绸之路经济带”与“21世纪海上丝绸之路”与“中国梦”的命运联系以及“一带一路”如何与沿线国家共建议题进行了深入探讨。论坛由国家发展改革委投资研究所所长张长春、中联部当代世界研究中心常务副主任胡昊、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院执行副院长王文主持。中国国家安全论坛副秘书长彭光谦首先进行了主旨发言。
